"Health" is complicated.

To us, being healthy can and should be defined to mean that YOU believe that you are living the best possible life that you possibly can given all of your own unique internal and external situations.

Emotional Health

If your own thoughts work against you, life will be difficult no matter how many other blessings you earn or are handed.

Relational/Social Health

Two heads are always better than one. Unless they aren't. One must learn basic skills of getting along with others. Two ears and one mouth AND non-judgementalism are a terrific start.

Physical Health

Most of us are born healthy "enough". But failing to learn the basics necessary to remain physically healthy will accrue into no longer healthy "enough". A happy mind allows a body to flourish, but an unhappy body will exert increasing friction on emotional flourishing.

Financial Health

Most of us will reach financial independence. Money actually is "almost everything" because even if you achieve the first three healths you are experiencing unnecessary friction every day of your life if you do not learn to budget and save according to your income level.

Time Management Health/Skills

Are you feeling overwhelmed in life? Can't find enough time to get everything done? Ever wondered how some people run two, four or more companies in the same 24 hour period? Prioritizing our time and tasks is a skill that should be part of our basic education... but isn't. Living in continual stress is not a good life choice.
